We're launching Maintainers Coffee to make mailing a small thanks to someone with appreciated work more simple.
Connect a GitHub account and add shipping details to receive orders at a unique link as: https://maintainers.coffee/github/theorderingmachine
Someone can send coffee for USD $8 to either Canada or the US.
Check out how this appears alongside GitHub Sponsors: https://github.com/maintainersdotcoffee/FUNDING.yml
Feedback on sending and receiving flows and personal comfort creating and sharing a link is so welcomed!
sorry, but buymeacoffee.com has existed forever at this point and your website has zero information to make me believe it’s legit (it probably is, but why would i take this risk)
No worries and thanks for taking a look with kind notes! We're shipping actual coffee instead of depositing to a bank account. I think it's more cute :)
Our legalese and such exists in the footer if that helps with legitimacies but would love to know how else we can strengthen trust or confidences here.
